clean, stack, measure (hook length) a clump of deer hair; trim butts, take 2 soft wraps, tighten and let it spin

Very neat idea for the wing. Was that your innovation Scott or the original pattern? Not sure how durable it would be but nice for smaller patterns. Thank you.

That’s how it was on the original. They hold up okay, better than Wally Wings, but not super durable.
