Came home from work today and found the Cabela's fly fishing catalog laying on my bed. They really have some great stuff. I am thinking about getting the traditional II blank for a friend of mine that wants me to build him a fly rod...For 29.99 how can you go wrong...
Is the Cabela's Traditional II blank a good one?
Hi raiderhunter - Apparently, quite a few folks like that blank. See the rod building forum - there's a thread about those blanks.
I have a Cabela's 5wt Traditional II rod and like it quite a bit. Nice rod, especially for the money.
