If you one to all of the trouble to tie that beautiful Wally-winged Cahill, then I'm tying that baby on first.

I would have to go with the Wally Wing version since I have never tied or fished that style of fly before.

I'd put on the traditonal one and put the wally one in a shadow box.
Man, that's a tough one, but I'm a sucker for Wally Wings. They just look awesome for really not much extra tying effort.
More of a traditional, minimalist preference. I would go with the standard pattern.

Tandem setup for me , winged 1st and the other a dropper tied about 18" or so to the bend of the 1st
then I would skip them off the riffles , and I know the very spot too its near a ranch ... :)
