Fly Tyer Magazine
I've purchased the SPRING & SUMMER, 2010,publications of the "Fly Tyer."
However, I've haven't seen the AUTUMN edition at my local book store.
The Summer edition (lower right hand corner) states,"Display Until 8/30/10
Here we are into November and still nothing.
Has there been a change in the distribution process?
Hard copies no longer available?
Our local fly magazine "The Canadian Fly Fisher" has been sold and is no longer available in a hard copy.
I was just wondering if the same has occurred to the "Fly Tyer."

I subscribe to FT and have had the Autumn edition for several weeks at least. It's still a Morris Communication publication. I don't see anything in the publication info column on page 4 that indicates anything changed since the last issue. If you buy every issue, you should consider subscribing.

Bass Bug:
Thanks for the "heads up."
I'll check other books stores

Yep, we've got ours on the rack in the shop, so it looks like your bookstore might have dropped it on you.

i havent seen the new mag in the borders book store i frequent, so to add even more speculation, your book store may not have received it yet to put on the shelves.
thats one of the reasons i dropped all magazine subscriptions. the mag was always in the bookstore weeks before i received it at home. another reason is that i can buy only the issue i want without having to received issues than have no interest to me whatsoever.

Speaking of Fly Tyer magazine, anyone know where to find back issues? I have to find that option on the FT or American Angler site.

I didn't get mine either. I contacted them, they were supposed to get me my issue in about 2 weeks. It didn't arrive and hasn't yet. So I then contacted them and they are supposed to extend my subscription by one issue as I went ahead and bought it in the bookstore. I believe the next issue (Winter) is supposed to by out this week. ???
