Alaska Fly Fishers Annual Auction

Friday April 15 at the Milennium Hotel starting at 5:00 for the silent uctions and 7 for the live.

We have been preparing for it for quite some time and we have some really good stuff including rods, reels, fishing trips including some to Western AK, and a lot more. Keith Graham of WorldWide Anglers will be the auctioneer again this year. There will be guided fishing trips on the Kenai River to bid on, too. And there will be ConRanch Hackle, and an underwater camera, high quality binocular, and at least a dozen rods.

Raffles will give out close to $3,000 in donated stuff including a NRS GigBob, a fly-in fishing trip (airfare included) and a lot more. Casting For Recovery and Project Healing Waters will be well represented at the event, too.

There should be lots of fun and good stuff.

Just finished writing the playbook for the live auction... There will be a huge pile of very good rods including Sage and Beulah speys and lots more... We probably have twice as many rods this year as we did last... And more trips including a number of trips to western AK...
