Found this on the Flytying Forum; seems to share chromosomes with the Stayner Ducktail. Supposedly a bass fly; like the Ducktail, should work as a stillwater trout fly, too.

body - mylar tinsel copper
underwing - fox squirrel tail
hackle - pheasant breast
wing - mallard flank dyed olive (1tbsp Rit Golden Yellow, 1tsp Rit Dark Green, 1 cup water)
