Great article, you always seem to be able to blend a smile in to the message. Way to turn a negative in to a positive. Was the little boat a Gheenoe?

lthrnk...thanks, I appreciate the comments. Actually the little skiff was a Pro-Sport, kind of like a small Boston Whaler. The new Carolina 19' V-series is being rigged with a poling platform today...hopefully I'll have it by next week.

You should try to fish with the Dude, we spend more time talking than fishing... But some really amazing things happen when he is around.
Dude you need to tell the story about the drag race. Might make a great story.
He really is a joy to be around. And man can he tie flys.
Dude
Glad you kept the boat in the family, maybe that is where it was supposed to be.
I am glad Linda can fish again. That will make for more stories.
Harold
Linda is one incredible woman!
And that little guy, is just as cute as they come!!

Trouts don't live in ugly places
Thanks HH and Betty.
Harold, not sure if I should do a story on the "drag race", it's illegal, even for dolphin.
And Betty, I'll pass the message on to those mentioned. Ian is one of seven.......aaarrggghhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice story Gary. This is another good example of when watching someone else fish can be more fun than doing it yourself. Love to watch kids fish. This weekend is my local fishing derby for kids and all year long I look forward to helping out.

Jed,,, how about a few pictures and a short story? Might help a group just starting someplace else.
Yeah, what Jim said!
I know that the sentiments felt by people who write on that topic are genuine and heartfelt. But it's hard to express them without becoming a little "sappy", if you'll excuse my using that word. But that one was well done and I really enjoyed it.
BFB...you just made my day!
