The right, neoprene footie of my stocking foot waders has begun to seep water. By the end of a long day fishing my foot is quite wet. I suspect there's either a small leak, or the seams are leaking. What do I use to fix the problem?

Leaks in the booties are the worst. If you cannot get the manufacturer to repair, you could fill the stocking foot with water to find the leak(s) and then patch with Marine Goop or the like. You can cut the goop with Toluene to thin the mixture and make it a bit easier to cover an area.
My first pair of waders leaked in the booty after less than a year. I tried multiple times to repair the leak to no avail. Leaks in neoprene are notoriously difficult to fix. The manufacturer refused to fix them, so I suffered with wet feet until I upgraded to the Simms waders I'm using now. So I'm afraid my answer to leading neoprene waders is new waders.But you might have a better manufacturer being your waders than I did. I would try contracting the manufacturer to see if they can do anything. If their answer is no, you might be SOL
We have had to make patches in the neoprene booties many times and have not had a failure yet. I always
use AQUASEAL. Have never tried anything else and probably never will. The stuff works period, two years ago
my buddy put a "checkmark" in his stockingfoot waders it was an inch by an inch easy.....patched it up with the
Aquaseal and we fished for two weeks without an issue. Still today they are holding up just fine.
I'm waiting for someone to report on Flex Seal spray on rubber coating.
I second the AquaSeal ... best stuff I've ever found or used ... waders, hip boots, even the awning for my little popup camper.

I just used FlexiSeal for the first time today --on a gutter that caulking didn't seem to fix. Don't know how if would work on waders, but did note it does not allow for precise application. If you hold it close enough to the surface to get a silver dollar-sized spray area, it builds up very fast. It acts like it would rather be sprayed on an area about the size of a drink coaster.
