What replaces the Sage SLT model?

I just searched this up...
http://www.flyanglersonline.com/bb/v...hilit=Sage+zlt
were we misnaming the model???...ZLT vs ZXL....
Thanks JC...very informative....
ZXL is a little confusing to me...I tend to think of it as indicating XL replacement :?
Ducksterman,
Looks like I am the guilty one that started the bad naming convention for the SLT replacement. My bad!
I just bought a ZXL 9' 4 wt. $675. Casts like a dream.

Is it fair to say ....there was the LL series....then the SLT series...and now the ZXL series...each replacing the other...somehow I hadn't thought of the SLT replacing the LL?
What about the XP and SP?Quote:

The blank of the ZXL is similar in color to the old LL series but much lighter since its a generation 5 graphite fly-rod. The XP series was a fast action rod and the SP was a more medium-fast action rod. The XP was replaced by the Z-axis series and TCR series rods. Just giving you what I've been told. Good-luck!
