I just saw your question about this reel in the high end-low end thread and thought I would respond here.

Likes: Great anodized finish, lightweight (2.7 oz), nice click drag(non-adjustable), holds about 100 yards of 20lb and DT3, and is reasonably priced at $89.99. I would compare this reel to any high end click drag trout reel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice reel for a short light rod.

Dislikes: None. I absolutely love this reel. If anything, I kind of wish I bought the gold one, which is more of a champagne gold and not like the Pflueger Supreme 1834 bright gold.

Give it a look. You will not be disappointed.

Thanks Lou. I'll be at the BPS in Las Vegas in a couple weeks, and I'll inspect it then. I'm getting a nimble little 4wt for my wife, and I'm hoping to find a very light well made reel as a surprise. The listed weight on that little UL is about as low as I've seen. She knows about the rod.

I've got the gold colored one on a little 6'6" 2 weight rod. Man that thing is light. The combo is sooooooo light it feels like a toy. It's a cool little reel and seems like it's built fairly well.
