Wisconsin: Rush River Clean Up April 21

A fella from our tying club asked me if our clean up volunteers were going to be "like those convicts on the roadsides who are sentenced to community service".

I told him that in this case community service isn't a punishment, it's a priviledge. It's a celebration that you HAVE a community, and that your community includes this wonderful trout stream and the people who love it.
