The Kineo - a classic wet fly

I tied this one on a vintage blind-eye hook so I could a gut eye.

Hook: Blind eye
Tag: Flat silver tinsel
Tail: Black, white, and red goose shoulder strips
Body: Red yarn, ribbed with oval silver tinsel, 5-6 turns
Palmered hackle: Red rooster hackle, start it from the second turn of oval tinsel rib, palmer following the rib
Throat: Red rooster hackle, tied as a collar, then pulled down
Wing: Red, white, and black goose shoulder strips
