Dollar store scud back/crawfish material

Hey everyone, I was at the dollar store getting my daughter some head bands, and found these head bands that were made of a silicon or rubber type material. They came in a 3 pac, clear,pink, and black. They are 1/16 thick, 1/4" wide, and strech forever! I, of coarse got her a set first, and went ahead and picked up a " spare" pac. I tyed up a UV scud when I got home, to try it out, and found that it will strech very thin. Even with it streched
so thin it is still very durable. Im not sure how to post pics, other wise I would show them so anyone interested in these things can have a better idea of what to look for. Im sure theres stuff like this sold by a supplier. If so, please excuse my lack of knowledge.:confused:
