  1. Hi Crunchy. I am In Barstow. Big Bear Is about 50 miles south of us. It's cloudy here today and hopefully is on the mountain to help the firefighters.
    I'm at jimsnarocks@live.com.
We have our 6 year old grandson living with us now and it's my job to get him to and from school so fishing has slowed down for me.
Where did you relocate to? Jim

Once again I'm late a day on your birthday. I'll just double celebrate today in your name!! I do hope it was a dandy one!

Jim I didn't know about your daughter. Hopes and prayers going out for her. I really envy you, going to the eastern Sierra's. Our old stomping ground. Anywhere from Lone Pine on north. Usually ended up at Rock Creek Lake for first night camping. I even fished Lake Crowley, but don't hold that against me. We are moving to North Idaho to live with our son. They don't want me wading the fast water, so, it looks like warm water fishing for the most part. There is not any WIFI there and we have to drive down into town to use the facilities at the county library. However, when things are up and running I will make an entry on the FAON BB and give a full up-date. Have a great time and again our prayers going out for your daughter. Harry aka Crunchy

Jim, I pray your daughter continues to improve. Austin is great little city, too ad you're not there under better circumstance. Be careful, and God blessing on your daughter and her family.

Thanks Jim. I have avoided being on the roads, the snow and ice is mostly gone for the time being, I think we are supposed to hit 50+deg. today. After the fiasco a couple of weeks back te local and state govt. we much better prepared this time., as well as local businesses.
