Wow! You certainly got the wonderful, wintry welcome to South Dakota!! Please be careful as you get all settled in. Betty
Man!! You really know how to break a girls' heart!!! Keep me posted on the move!!
I WISH!!! No, we're from Kansas City, but spend as much time in South Dakota and Wyoming as we possibly can. Had we known then what we know now, we'd have retired to the Black Hills!! There's more fishing there than there is time! The weather is pretty agreeable, the people are incredible!!! and the fish beautiful!! Don't worry about those three months! That time will go quickly, and give you golden opportunity to drive around to different waters and marvel at the opportunities! See if Hans still has a copy of Steve Kincellas book, "Fishing the Black Hills", and check out the streams he mentions. You'll be amazed!! And don't be put off by the size of some of the streams!! The waters run deep, and there are some honkin' huge fish in there!!! Only problem I can see right now? You may need to add to your quiver a few lighter, shorter rods! That'd be horrid wouldn't it?? As before, do keep me posted! I'm so excited for you! Betty
I'm so envious of your upcoming move!! You are sooooo going to love it in South Dakota!! Keep me posted, OK??
