This river has a terrific midge and Sowbug food source year round for which is a contribution to the nice healthy size of the fish in our river.

Always good to talk with a fly tyer, being I'm such a clutsy amateur. Do hope you make some informative posts as there are some of us who need all the help we can get! Probably I've caught more fish using a wet fly then anything else: and I'd guess the Parmachene Belle being the most sucessful. But do you think I can tie one of those buggers ...? Start with that one!
